Slice apple into wedges and coarsley chop walnuts. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around a little pile of apple and walnuts. Drizzle with honey.

Carefully remove pits from Medjool dates. Stuff each one with thin slices of Parmesan. Drizzle with aged balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with chives.
Drain and rinse 1 can of white beans, then purée in a food processor with the juice of one lemon, 1 minced garlic and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
