In a panic to whip up tasty snacks for your guests? These simple (but classy!) appetizers are perfect for entertaining.
Finely chop 225g of dark chocolate and place in a metal or glass bowl. Heat 1 cup of 35% cream in a pot until just boiling. Pour over chocolate and stir until melted. Dip apricots into fondue and set.
Slice apple into wedges and coarsley chop walnuts. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around a little pile of apple and walnuts. Drizzle with honey.
Slice focaccia and toast in the oven. Sprinkle with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, and broil until melted. Drizzle with pesto.
Carefully remove pits from Medjool dates. Stuff each one with thin slices of Parmesan. Drizzle with aged balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with chives.
Drain and rinse 1 can of white beans, then purée in a food processor with the juice of one lemon, 1 minced garlic and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
