Salmon is a subtle fish that is packed with Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D. That means it's not only delicious, but good for you! The great thing about it is that it can handle many variations of glazes and marinades to make it taste completely different on any given night. Be it marmalade, maple or just plain balsamic, your kids will soon have a favourite.
