How to make a simple gravy

With the holidays right around the corner, this simple gravy recipe will help you in a pinch.

1. Gather your ingredients: pan juices, 1 tsp flour, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 tbsp lemon juice.

2. Pour juices from roasting pan into a measuring cup and skim off fat. Set aside.

3. Place roasting pan on stove on medium heat. Sprinkle flour into pan and cook for one min, stirring, or until lightly browned.

4. Add chicken broth, pan juices and lemon juice into the roasting pan and bring to a boil for three to four min or until gravy thickens.
