Peach Creamsicle Smoothie

Fresh juicy peaches, vanilla yogurt and a little orange juice come together to turn a favourite frosty treat into a healthy breakfast. In fact, any leftovers can be frozen in a popsicle mould for an afternoon indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sliced peaches

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt

  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice

  • 3-5 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Combine peaches, vanilla yogurt and orange juice in a blender. Process until smooth.

  • Add ice cubes and pulse until fully combined.

Calories 227, Protein 9g, Carbohydrates 43g, Fat 4g, Fibre 3g, Sodium 106mg.

Tip:

Peaches vary in sweetness. Add the orange juice in small amounts, and taste as you to, to balance out the flavours.
