Make this skinny dip with ygourt in a jiffy.
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp chopped mint
1 tbsp chopped basil
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
Mix yogurt with mint, basil and parsley, plus salt and pepper. Add lemon zest. Stir until well combined.
Serve with sliced raw vegetables or warm pita.
