Make this skinny dip with ygourt in a jiffy.
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp chopped mint
- 1 tbsp chopped basil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
- Mix yogurt with mint, basil and parsley, plus salt and pepper. Add lemon zest. Stir until well combined.
- Serve with sliced raw vegetables or warm pita.
