Skinny Dip

Make this skinny dip with ygourt in a jiffy.


  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint
  • 1 tbsp chopped basil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp freshly grated lemon zest


  • Mix yogurt with mint, basil and parsley, plus salt and pepper. Add lemon zest. Stir until well combined.
  • Serve with sliced raw vegetables or warm pita.
