Quick Garlic Kale

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/8 tsp hot-pepper flakes
  • 1 142-g box baby kale
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high.
  • Add garlic and chili flakes and sauté for 30 sec. or until lightly golden.
  • Add kale and sauté, stirring with tongs until wilted.
  • Season with salt.

Tip:

Baby kale is softer and a little milder than “adult” kale, which makes it ideal as a gateway to healthy greens.
