1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/8 tsp hot-pepper flakes
1 142-g box baby kale
1/8 tsp salt
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high.
Add garlic and chili flakes and sauté for 30 sec. or until lightly golden.
Add kale and sauté, stirring with tongs until wilted.
Season with salt.

Baby kale is softer and a little milder than “adult” kale, which makes it ideal as a gateway to healthy greens.
