Fresh juicy peaches, vanilla yogurt and a little orange juice come together to turn a favourite frosty treat into a healthy breakfast. In fact, any leftovers can be frozen in a popsicle mould for an afternoon indulgence.
3 cups sliced peaches
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
3-5 ice cubes
Combine peaches, vanilla yogurt and orange juice in a blender. Process until smooth.
Add ice cubes and pulse until fully combined.
Protein 9g, Carbohydrates 43g, Fat 4g, Fibre 3g, Sodium 106mg.

Peaches vary in sweetness. Add the orange juice in small amounts, and taste as you to, to balance out the flavours.
