This easy sandwich recipe used cream cheese, walnuts, and honey for a healthy hippie lunch! So named because we first ate this sandwich at a funny little vegetarian restaurant where it was the only thing on the menu that didn't contain alfalfa sprouts.
- whole-grain bread
- soft cream cheese
- chopped walnuts
- Spread a layer of soft cream cheese over whole-grain bread. Drizzle evenly with honey, and then sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Top with another slice of bread and serve, like, with peace, man. Far out.
