Fresh Peach Salsa

This peach salsa is unreal on grilled chicken or fish, or as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers. Or, yes, even with tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- 3 peaches , peeled, pitted and chopped
- 2 green onions , chopped
- 1 hot chili pepper , seeded and minced (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar , (or cider vinegar)
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to blend. Incredible.
