Fresh Peach Salsa

Fresh Peach Salsa

This peach salsa is unreal on grilled chicken or fish, or as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers. Or, yes, even with tortilla chips.


  • 3 peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1 hot chili pepper, seeded and minced (optional)

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, (or cider vinegar)

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar


  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to blend. Incredible.
