Beans are the perfect vegetarian burrito filling. Prep the beans on the weekend and this dinner comes together quickly in a pinch.
2 cups Brothy Bean recipe, (thawed)
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1 lime, juiced
tortillas
grated cheese
salsa
1 avocado, sliced
hot sauce, optional
