This is your weeknight dinner game changer. No prep required, these can go in a stir fry, on a salad or as the protein in a grain bowl.
350-g pkg extra-firm tofu, drained and patted dry
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Cut tofu into 3/4-in. cubes. Stir cornstarch with salt and pepper in a large bowl, then toss with tofu until completely coated.
Heat a very large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add oil, then tofu. Cook, turning the cubes occasionally, until crispy and golden-brown on all sides, 2 to 3 min. per side.
