This is your weeknight dinner game changer. No prep required, these can go in a stir fry, on a salad or as the protein in a grain bowl.
350-g pkg extra-firm tofu, drained and patted dry
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
