These cheesy toasts are perfect with tomato soup. Your kids will love them... and you will too.
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
8 1/2-in-thick slices baguette, lightly toasted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Preheat broiler to high. Combine mayonnaise and mustard and spread a thin layer on each toast.
Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Broil for 1 to 2 min or until cheese is melted and edges are browned.
