We're giving a whole new meaning to taco night! Tortilla chips and salsa are an exciting addition to this Turkey burger.
1.5 lbs ground Ontario Turkey
1/2 cup tortilla chips, crushed
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup salsa
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 salt
1/4 pepper
1 cup salsa
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup frozen corn kernels, defrosted
avocado, sliced
In a large bowl combine burger ingredients. Form into 6 patties. Over medium heat, broil or grill burgers 10-15 minutes, turning once or until no longer pink inside.
In a small bowl, combine salsa ingredients. Place cooked burger patties on buns or wrap in a warmed flour tortilla, top with corn salsa and avocado.
