Turkey Taco Burgers

We're giving a whole new meaning to taco night! Tortilla chips and salsa are an exciting addition to this Turkey burger.


  • 1.5 lbs ground Ontario Turkey

  • 1/2 cup tortilla chips, crushed

  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

  • 1/3 cup salsa

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/2 salt

  • 1/4 pepper

Corn salsa

  • 1 cup salsa

  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

  • 1/3 cup frozen corn kernels, defrosted

  • avocado, sliced


  • In a large bowl combine burger ingredients. Form into 6 patties. Over medium heat, broil or grill burgers 10-15 minutes, turning once or until no longer pink inside.

  • In a small bowl, combine salsa ingredients. Place cooked burger patties on buns or wrap in a warmed flour tortilla, top with corn salsa and avocado.
