Sesame Stir-Fried Sugar Snaps

If you've never tried sugar snap peas, now is your chance. They're as sweet as a fresh green pea, but crisp like a snow pea.
- 500 g sugar snap peas , (or snow pea), trimmed
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Heat the sesame oil in a skillet or wok over high heat. Throw in the snap peas (or snow peas) and cook, stirring constantly, just until they turn bright green – 3 to 5 minutes. Add the soy sauce and sprinkle in the sesame seeds, toss and serve immediately. Yum!
