Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 6 cups fresh or frozen shelled green peas
- 4 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
- Whirl in a blender to purée.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot or cold.
