Add a punch of flavour to plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup berry preserves , or jam (any flavour you like)
- Mix yogurt with preserves or jam until well blended. Great on whole-grain toast, English muffins, scones or bagels; also makes a nice dip for fruit. Tip: Use full-fat yogurt for a thicker consistency.
