This deliciously gooey dip is just as perfect for a romantic evening for two in front of the fire as it is for a family movie night.
1 398-mL can water-packed artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise, (regular or low fat)
1 cup grated Parmesan
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Stir together all the ingredients and scoop into a small baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes until the mixture is hot and bubbly around the edges. Let cool slightly, then serve with pita triangles, sliced French bread, crackers or celery heart dippers.
