2 cups raw, whole pumpkin seeds
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 300°F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss seeds in a bowl with sweet or savoury ingredients.
Spread seeds across the baking sheet in a single layer and bake, stirring occasionally, for 45 min or until they are golden brown.
