Whether you're in the mood for something sweet or salty, this roasted pumpkin seeds recipe has you covered.
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw, whole pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Savoury
- 2 cups raw, whole pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss seeds in a bowl with sweet or savoury ingredients.
- Spread seeds across the baking sheet in a single layer and bake, stirring occasionally, for 45 min or until they are golden brown.
