Sweet or Savoury Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Whether you're in the mood for something sweet or salty, this roasted pumpkin seeds recipe has you covered.


  • 2 cups raw, whole pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon


  • 2 cups raw, whole pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


  • Preheat oven to 300°F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss seeds in a bowl with sweet or savoury ingredients.

  • Spread seeds across the baking sheet in a single layer and bake, stirring occasionally, for 45 min or until they are golden brown.
