Incredibly easy dip to serve with a platter of fresh veggie sticks, pita triangles or breadsticks, if you prefer.
1 cup chopped drained roasted red pepper, (from a jar is fine)
1 cup feta, crumbled
1/4 cup mayonnaise, (regular or low fat)
1/4 cup sour cream, (regular or low fat)
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp black pepper
In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
