Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip

Incredibly easy dip to serve with a platter of fresh veggie sticks, pita triangles or breadsticks, if you prefer.
- 1 cup chopped drained roasted red pepper , (from a jar is fine)
- 1 cup feta , crumbled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise , (regular or low fat)
- 1/4 cup sour cream , (regular or low fat)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
