Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip


  • Makes2 to 2 servings

Incredibly easy dip to serve with a platter of fresh veggie sticks, pita triangles or breadsticks, if you prefer.


  • 1 cup chopped drained roasted red pepper, (from a jar is fine)

  • 1 cup feta, crumbled

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, (regular or low fat)

  • 1/4 cup sour cream, (regular or low fat)

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
