It's pink. It has pickles. And it's a dip. I mean, is this perfect or what?
1/4 cup mayonnaise, (regular or low fat)
1/4 cup sour cream, or plain yogurt (regular or low fat)
1 tbsp ketchup
1 small dill pickle, (about 2 in. long), chopped
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor (one of those mini-sized ones is perfect)or blender. Blend, using the on/off chopping method, until the pickles are incorporated but not liquefied. Serve with raw veggies for dipping.
