  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup fruit salad
  • walnuts , or almonds
  • honey
  • agave syrup , (available in health food stores)


  • Mix cottage cheese with fruit salad. Top with chopped nuts, and drizzle with honey or syrup.
