- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup fruit salad
- walnuts , or almonds
- honey
- agave syrup , (available in health food stores)
Instructions
- Mix cottage cheese with fruit salad. Top with chopped nuts, and drizzle with honey or syrup.
