Frozen Yogurt Fruit Salad

Dig into this healthy, chilled treat!
- 2 1/2 cups fruit salad
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- Freeze fruit salad spread out on a parchment-paper-lined tray, and plain yogurt spooned into the compartments of an ice cube tray.
- Pop frozen yogurt into the bowl of a food processor; let soften for 5 minutes, then puree with frozen fruit, avocado and maple syrup, until smooth.
- Serve like ice cream.
