Feta Tzatziki Dip


  • Makes1 to 1 servings


  • 1 175 g container Balkan-style plain yogurt, or 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup light mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped seeded cucumber

  • 2 tbsp chopped mint, or dill


  • In a small bowl, stir ingredients together.

  • Makes 1 serving.

  • In a serving: 255 calories, 12 g protein, 19 g fat, 12 g carbs, 416 mg calcium, 2 mg iron, 26 mcg folate
