European Wrap

For a quick and simple lunch recipe, make this tasty wrap at your next picnic.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soft goat cheese
  • 1 7-in. whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 tsp fig jam
  • 2 sliced prosciutto
  • 1/4 sliced cored firm ripe pears
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Spread goat cheese over a tortilla. Spread fig jam over cheese and top with prosciutto. Toss pear with lemon juice and lay on top of prosciutto. Roll up.
