For a quick and simple lunch recipe, make this tasty wrap at your next picnic.
2 tbsp soft goat cheese
1 7-in. whole wheat tortilla
1 tsp fig jam
2 sliced prosciutto
1/4 sliced cored firm ripe pears
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Spread goat cheese over a tortilla. Spread fig jam over cheese and top with prosciutto. Toss pear with lemon juice and lay on top of prosciutto. Roll up.
