Devilled Eggs


  • Makes16 to 16 servings

Make these delicious devilled eggs.


  • 8 hard-boiled eggs

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp chopped celery, or green onion


  • Cut hard-boiled eggs in half, remove the yolks and mash with a little mayonnaise and some chopped celery or green onion. Then restuff the whites. Pack in a paper towel-lined plastic container (for padding and to absorb any moisture).
