Make these delicious devilled eggs.
Ingredients
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chopped celery , or green onion
Instructions
- Cut hard-boiled eggs in half, remove the yolks and mash with a little mayonnaise and some chopped celery or green onion. Then restuff the whites. Pack in a paper towel-lined plastic container (for padding and to absorb any moisture).
