Dead Man's Fingers with Ectoplasm Dip

This delish green dip is perfect for lunch boxes, potluck parties and as a snack before trick-or-treating.

Ingredients

  • 4 green onions, (with tops), cut into 1-in. pieces

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 cup parsley

  • salt

  • black pepper

  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients and blend together until smooth. Serve this dip with carrot and celery sticks (the "fingers") or potato chips.
