Is your kid sick of PBJs? Try this easy cream cheese and banana wrap instead.
1 10-in. flour tortilla
1 banana, peeled
honey, (or jam)
raisins, or dried cranberries
Lay the tortilla out on the counter. Spread with an even layer of cream cheese to within ½ in. (1 cm) of the edges. Drizzle with a bit of honey or jam and sprinkle evenly with raisins or cranberries.
Now place the peeled banana slightly off-centre on the tortilla. Fold in the bottom and top edges, then roll up tightly. The cream cheese should help the tortilla stick to the banana—sort of.
Wrap in plastic wrap or eat immediately. Yum.
