Cheesy Pea Dip

Make this healthy pea dip in minutes. Parmesan cheese gives such a tasty kick to the flavour.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked fresh green peas , or thawed frozen peas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- Parmesan , or pecorino
Instructions
- Mash peas with olive oil, salt, pepper and cheese. Spread on toasted slices of baguette.
- Drizzle with olive oil and grate a bit more cheese on top.
