Make this healthy pea dip in minutes. Parmesan cheese gives such a tasty kick to the flavour.
2 cups cooked fresh green peas, or thawed frozen peas
2 tbsp olive oil
salt
black pepper
Parmesan, or pecorino
Mash peas with olive oil, salt, pepper and cheese. Spread on toasted slices of baguette.
Drizzle with olive oil and grate a bit more cheese on top.
