Cheesy Pea Dip

Make this healthy pea dip in minutes. Parmesan cheese gives such a tasty kick to the flavour.


  • 2 cups cooked fresh green peas , or thawed frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • Parmesan , or pecorino


  • Mash peas with olive oil, salt, pepper and cheese. Spread on toasted slices of baguette.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and grate a bit more cheese on top.
