California Wrap

For a quick lunch, follow these simple steps for a delicious wrap the whole family will enjoy.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1 7-in. whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup grated beets
  • 4 slivered snow pea pods
  • 2 tbsp sprouts , (ideally radish or onion)

Instructions

  • Spread hummus over a tortilla. Top with grated carrot and beet, snow pea pods and sprouts. Roll up.
