On a fresh flour tortilla (plain or one of those snazzy new flavoured ones) spread a one-bean-deep layer of baked beans (yes, straight from the can). Sprinkle on some shredded cheese and roll up tightly. Eat it just like that, or place it in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute on high power, just until it’s heated through and the cheese melts. (A word from the wise: Wrap the wrap securely with paper towel to help avoid drips and make for neater eating. Just peel the sides down as you go.)
If you want to pack this in a lunch box, skip the microwaving step and simply wrap the sandwich in a layer of paper towel, then tightly in foil or plastic wrap.
