Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple, cut into wedges

  • 1/2 cup shredded mild or sharp cheddar

  • cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  • Arrange the apple wedges on a microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle evenly with the shredded cheese, then top with a light dusting of cinnamon sugar. Microwave on high power for 1 minute or until the cheese is melted. Eat while still warm and gooey.
