Zingy sesame cucumber salad

Ingredients
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 English cucumber, sliced very thinly
2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Combine vinegar, sugar and salt in a medium bowl.
Add cucumber and toss with dressing.
Let stand for 10 min to marinate, then drain.
Return to bowl and toss with sesame oil. Serve.
