Ingredients
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 English cucumber , sliced very thinly
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Combine vinegar, sugar and salt in a medium bowl.
- Add cucumber and toss with dressing.
- Let stand for 10 min to marinate, then drain.
- Return to bowl and toss with sesame oil. Serve.
