Zingy sesame cucumber salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp white vinegar

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 English cucumber, sliced very thinly

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  • Combine vinegar, sugar and salt in a medium bowl.

  • Add cucumber and toss with dressing.

  • Let stand for 10 min to marinate, then drain.

  • Return to bowl and toss with sesame oil. Serve.
