Grill up some homemade crostini and serve with this dip
1 small garlic clove
1 540-mL can white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp chopped sage
1/4 tsp salt
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Mince garlic clove by dropping into bowl of a food processor with the motor running. Turn off motor and add beans, lemon juice, oil, sage, salt and pepper. Process until smooth.
