Warm Mango Salad

Salad made easy


  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp honey

  • salt, to taste

  • black pepper, to taste

  • 1 250-g pkg halloumi, (President's Choice is one widely available brand)

  • mixed greens

  • 2 cups thawed frozen mango


  • Slice cheese crosswise into 8 pieces, and fry in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden, about 2 minutes each side.

  • Place on a bed of mixed greens and top with mango. Drizzle dressing over salad and sprinkle with finely chopped green onion.
