Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- salt , to taste
- black pepper , to taste
- 1 250-g pkg halloumi , (President's Choice is one widely available brand)
- mixed greens
- 2 cups thawed frozen mango
Instructions
- Slice cheese crosswise into 8 pieces, and fry in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden, about 2 minutes each side.
- Place on a bed of mixed greens and top with mango. Drizzle dressing over salad and sprinkle with finely chopped green onion.
