Turkey Waldorf Pasta Salad

A delicious Pasta Salad!


  • 1 stalk celery, sliced

  • 1 cup cooked small shell pasta

  • 1 cup diced cooked turkey breast, (170 g)

  • 1 apple, diced (core, but don't peel)

  • 1 green onion, sliced

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp granulated sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • black pepper, to taste


  • In a large bowl, combine celery, pasta, turkey, apple, scallions and walnuts. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix yogurt dressing with the salad, tossing until everything is evenly coated. Add black pepper to taste. Keep salad refrigerated until ready to eat.
