225 g farfellini, mini bow tie pasta
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp grated lemon zest
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
170-g whole white tuna, in water, drained and broken into chunks
Boil farfellini in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain and rinse with running water until cold. Whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
Toss pasta with dressing. Stir in celery, green onion and tuna.
