Ingredients

Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

mayonnaise

buttermilk

buttermilk powder

, trimmed and cut into 1-in. pieces

Golden Caesar Dressing

1/4 cup
freshly squeezed
lemon juice

1/4 cup
grated
Parmesan

garlic cloves

1 1/2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce

anchovy paste
, (or about 2 anchovy fillets), optional

salt

black pepper

olive oil
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides so that everything mixes evenly.
- Place the lid back on the blender and remove the cover from the small opening in the lid.
- With the blender running, slowly add the olive oil to the container, blending until the dressing is smooth and all the oil is incorporated. Makes about 1 /4 cups (300 mL) dressing.
Balsamic Viniagrette
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until thoroughly combined. Makes about 1 cup (250 mL) dressing.
