- 8 oz. sugar snap peas , ends trimmed, stringed
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 green onion , thinly sliced
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high. Add sugar snaps and stir-fry for 3 min or until bright green and tender crisp.
- Remove from heat, season with salt and toss with green onion.
