1 tbsp olive oil
8 oz. sugar snap peas, ends trimmed, stringed
1/8 tsp salt
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high. Add sugar snaps and stir-fry for 3 min or until bright green and tender crisp.
Remove from heat, season with salt and toss with green onion.
