Red, White and Green Slaw

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded Napa cabbage
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- hot-pepper flakes
- white pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups (500 mL) shredded Napa cabbage, 2 cups (500 mL) red cabbage, 1 cup (250 mL) grated carrots, 2 chopped green onions and 1⁄4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh coriander.
- Whisk together in a small bowl: 1⁄4 cup (50 mL) seasoned rice vinegar, 2 tbsp (30 mL) granulated sugar, 1⁄2 tsp (2 mL) sesame oil and a pinch each red pepper flakes and white pepper.
- Toss this dressing with the slaw veggies, and season with salt to taste.
