Red, White and Green Slaw
4 to 4 servings
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups (500 mL) shredded Napa cabbage, 2 cups (500 mL) red cabbage, 1 cup (250 mL) grated carrots, 2 chopped green onions and 1⁄4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh coriander.
Whisk together in a small bowl: 1⁄4 cup (50 mL) seasoned rice vinegar, 2 tbsp (30 mL) granulated sugar, 1⁄2 tsp (2 mL) sesame oil and a pinch each red pepper flakes and white pepper.
Toss this dressing with the slaw veggies, and season with salt to taste.
