Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter , cut into pieces
  • 3/4 cup cold buttermilk , (well shaken)

Directions

    • Preheat oven to 450F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
