Peanut Butter Dip

Incredibly easy dip to serve with a platter of fresh veggie sticks, pita triangles or breadsticks, if you prefer.


  • 1 cup peanut butter , smooth or chunky
  • 1/2 cup milk , (or water)
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper , (optional)


  • In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. If the dip is too thick, add a bit more milk – a little at a time – until it reaches the consistency you like.
