Incredibly easy dip to serve with a platter of fresh veggie sticks, pita triangles or breadsticks, if you prefer.
1 cup peanut butter, smooth or chunky
1/2 cup milk, (or water)
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, (optional)
In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. If the dip is too thick, add a bit more milk - a little at a time - until it reaches the consistency you like.
