Use up your leftover hardboiled Easter eggs in this creative egg-dip recipe.
3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1 green onion, cut into chunks
dash hot pepper sauce, (optional)
Put all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
Serve with vegetable sticks or crackers for dipping.
