Leftover Easter Egg Dip

Use up your leftover hardboiled Easter eggs in this creative egg-dip recipe.


  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 green onion, cut into chunks

  • dash hot pepper sauce, (optional)


  • Put all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.

  • Serve with vegetable sticks or crackers for dipping.
