Leftover Easter Egg Dip

Use up your leftover hardboiled Easter eggs in this creative egg-dip recipe.
- 3 hard-cooked eggs , peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 green onion , cut into chunks
- dash hot pepper sauce , (optional)
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
- Serve with vegetable sticks or crackers for dipping.
