A Pea Side Dish

Looking for a tasty side dish? This super easy pea side dish has you covered.
Ingredients
- 1 cup green peas , per person
- 1 to 2 tsp chopped mint
- little chunks of butter , (or a drizzle of olive oil)
- salt
- black pepper
- slivered almonds
Instructions
- Place peas in a steamer basket and set over 1-2 in (2.5-5 cm) boiling water. After 2-5 minutes, peas will be tender; transfer to a bowl and mix in mint, butter, salt and pepper.
- Top with almonds.
