A deliciously zingy sesame-ginger dressing takes mere minutes to whip up. Try it tonight.
1/3 cup dark sesame oil
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in a 12-oz jar or bottle with a lid. Close lid and shake well.
