Greek-style lemon dressingBy Chatelaine
Add a little taste of the Mediterranean to a salad, sandwich or marinade with this super easy dressing that comes together in 10 minutes.
- 1 small garlic clove , minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tsp chopped oregano
- t tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl until combined. Dressing will keep well, covered and refrigerated, for up to 3 days.
