Insanely good with steak, but also dynamite with chicken, pork or salmon.

  • 6 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup vinegar, (rice or cider are best)

  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp chopped, peeled fresh ginger

  • 6 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, onion, sesame oil and chopped ginger in the container of a blender or food processor. Blend until nearly smooth, scraping down the sides so that it blends evenly.
