Preheat Thermos for 10 min by filling with boiling water. Drain water and add all ingredients to Thermos. Secure lid. By lunchtime, quinoa will be cooked and fluffy. Tip: In a separate container, pack your kid’s favourite fresh or frozen veggies to add to the quinoa. Quickly defrost frozen veg before packing by placing a portion into a bowl and covering with boiling water for a few minutes (do it while you preheat the Thermos!).
