Yogurt Spread Sandwich

This simple recipe calls for canned tuna or salmon
- 1 170 to 213 g can tuna , or salmon
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup minced green onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- Drain can of tuna or salmon, and mix with yogurt, green onions, celery and dried dill. Serve in whole wheat pita pockets with sliced cucumber and shredded romaine lettuce.
