Yogurt Spread Sandwich

This simple recipe calls for canned tuna or salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 170 to 213 g can tuna, or salmon

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup minced green onion

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery

  • 1/2 tsp dried dill

Instructions

  • Drain can of tuna or salmon, and mix with yogurt, green onions, celery and dried dill. Serve in whole wheat pita pockets with sliced cucumber and shredded romaine lettuce.
