  • Makes0 servings

Here's your chance to go out and try all those weird and wonderful tropical fruits that you don't know exactly what to do with. Try star fruit, mango, papaya, fresh pineapple - whatever you can find that's in season. Cut everything up into slices or chunks, and have your child arrange them on a big platter. Plunk a bowl of Vanilla Yogurt Dressing (recipe follows) in the middle, and let everyone serve themselves.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt

  • 2 tbsp frozen concentrated orange juice

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, stir together 1½ cups (375 mL) vanilla yogurt and 2 tbsp. (25 mL) orange juice concentrate. Sprinkle a bit of nutmeg on top and serve with fresh fruit.
