1 cup milk, of choiced (dairy, rice or almond)
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/2 pear, (core removed)
1 tbsp flax oil
2 tbsp hemp protein, and/or rice protein
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
Make larger quantities for the whole family. The sprouts or spinach will increase the nutritional content, but shouldn’t be detected, as the blueberries hide the colour and banana masks the taste.
